We have built this agency on integrity, accountability, and candor.  We will strive to deliver outstanding personal service in a timely, friendly, and consistent manner. However, if we have bad news, you are going to hear it.  We also won't lie to the companies we represent to save you a few dollars.  Remember, if someone will be misleading for you, they will someday mislead you.

We do the best we can and we think that is extremely good.  We make mistakes, and when we do, we admit it and try to fix it.  When you make a mistake, we expect the same from you.  You've heard the saying "The customer is always right", well that's a lie.  We're not always right and neither are you.
